Job Details:

Title: Payroll Admin

Pay: $20-24/ hour

Location: Fresno, CA

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly or weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update employee records, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure tax withholdings and other deductions are accurate.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
• Support HR with employee data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with month-end and year-end payroll reporting and reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal payroll regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, tax withholdings, and benefits administration.
• Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
