About the Company:
This is a well-established manufacturing company in Fresno, CA, seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled accounting professional to contribute to a growing company while advancing their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, tax filings, and audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cost accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Work closely with other departments to support financial planning and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
