Job Position: Senior Product Manager

Salary: $150K + Bonus Potential

Position Summary: The Senior Product Manager will oversee daily business operations and drive the development of new product innovations and category growth. Utilizing comprehensive primary and secondary insights, they will develop and implement product strategies that support and advance our retail and adjacent channel business development initiatives. Acting as the central point of the cross-functional organization, they will manage P&L responsibilities, including the commercialization of new products and portfolio management through efficient SKU rationalization. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Team to create impactful marketing activations that align with business needs. This role requires strong engagement and support from internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Insights, cross-functional team members, and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day business management and guide the development of new product innovations and category growth.
  • Develop and execute product strategies based on deep primary and secondary insights to enhance Retail and adjacent channel business development.
  • Act as the central hub of the cross-functional organization, managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Commercialize new products and manage the product portfolio through right-sizing and cost-effective SKU rationalization.
  • Assist in the development of compelling marketing activations with the Integrated Marketing Team.
  • Engage and support internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Insights, cross-functional team members, and third-party partners.
  • Detect redundancies in product offerings by reviewing regular orders and comparing them with rollover stock and waste at the end of each order period.
  • Evaluate products against criteria such as complexity, profitability, and value to consumers, customers, and the company.
  • Use accurate product cost information and sales data to make informed decisions, ensuring critical decisions are based on reliable data.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in product management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Experience with SKU rationalization and P&L management.
