Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and will be responsible for handling complex customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide support to the Customer Service Manager in managing the team and daily operations.
- Participate in customer service meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
- Perform other customer service-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or supervisory position.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
