Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and will be responsible for handling complex customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service Manager in managing the team and daily operations.
  • Participate in customer service meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Perform other customer service-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or supervisory position.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
