Senior Accountant – Fresno, CA. – Up to$90K

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Coordinate audits and provide support to external auditors.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
