What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading month-end and year-end close processes
- Preparing and reviewing journal entries and financial statements
- Managing account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Overseeing fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Assisting with audits and liaising with external auditors
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
