Position Overview
We’re partnering with a well-established and respected real estate development firm that’s looking for a passionate Sales Manager to lead their team to new heights. If you’re a natural leader with a strong sales background and a love for building relationships, this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the Team: Inspire, coach, and support a team of 5 talented sales professionals to hit and exceed their goals.
- Hiring & Training: Help grow the team by recruiting new members and providing hands-on training and mentorship.
- Driving Strategy: Develop smart sales plans that boost revenue and expand market reach.
- Collaborating: Work closely with real estate agents to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Tracking Performance: Monitor key metrics, analyze data, and make improvements to keep the team on track.
- Marketing & Outreach: Launch creative online campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms to generate leads.
- Client Relationships: Build lasting connections with clients, partners, and prospects to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Staying Ahead: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity to stay proactive and competitive.
- Reporting: Share regular updates and forecasts with senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Ideally 10+ years in sales leadership (real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
- Licensing: A brokerage license is a big plus, but not a dealbreaker.
- Leadership: You know how to motivate and guide a team to success.
- Marketing Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools and strategies is helpful.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earnings: Commission-based role with potential to earn between $25K–$60K in the first two years, with room to grow as the team expands.
