The Opportunity
We’re proud to partner with a well-known and respected luxury homebuilder in Fresno that’s seeking a Paralegal to support its Legal Department in real estate and corporate matters. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute directly to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain legal documents related to residential real estate transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with DRE regulations
- Assist with entity formation, corporate filings, and recordkeeping
- Communicate with escrow and title companies to facilitate closings
- Track legal deadlines and support attorneys with contract and project management
- Conduct legal research and draft correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all legal matters
Qualifications
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in real estate or corporate law
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document software
- Familiarity with California real estate law and DRE compliance is a plus
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
