We’re partnering with a leading real estate development firm that’s ready to elevate its brand and market presence. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative campaigns across digital, social, and email platforms to boost visibility and generate leads.
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a small team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Content Creation: Oversee engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters that tell the brand’s story.
- Brand Development: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate: Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep the brand competitive and fresh.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years in marketing leadership (real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
- Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Creative Vision: Ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
