Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Human Resource Director to lead our HR department. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and organizational success.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-caliber employees.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Training and Development: Develop and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
