Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Fresno, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing HR records, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a keen interest in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Organize and maintain HR files and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
