Key Responsibilities:

• Support Accounting Leadership in preparing monthly management reports and financial analyses.
• Assist with evaluating and strengthening internal controls and accounting systems, implementing approved improvements.
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process across multiple entities.
• Prepare and post complex journal entries; maintain and reconcile key balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure compliance with business licenses, taxes, and other regulatory filings for multiple entities.
• Prepare loan draws and coordinate intercompany cash transfers.
• Provide financial and analytical support to management and internal departments.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to research and apply complex accounting treatments.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and solid systems orientation with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
