Job Title:  Corporate HR Supervisor

Location: Fresno, CA

Reports To: Director of Human Resources

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Multi-Entity HR Supervisor to oversee all human resources functions for our West Coast operations. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive knowledge of California employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR activities across multiple entities, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Conduct thorough investigations and resolve conflicts in accordance with company policies and California employment laws.
Recruitment and Onboarding:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and compliance with all legal requirements.
Performance Management:

Manage the performance appraisal process, providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
Implement performance improvement plans and monitor progress.
Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including California-specific regulations such as the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws.
Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures and benefits offerings.
Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Facilitate training sessions on various HR topics, including compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
HR Metrics and Reporting:

Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
In-depth knowledge of California employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
