Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team in South Fresno. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee relations, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
