Job Summary:
The Human Resources Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the HR operations and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure timely and accurate processing.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:
