Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
