Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20-$23/ Hour

Location: Fresno, Ca

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide information on services, project updates, and timelines.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns, working toward quick resolutions.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Help coordinate site visits and address customer questions related to construction projects.
• Assist with general office tasks and ensure a smooth workflow in the customer service department.
  Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
• 4-6 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
