Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Fresno, CA
Salary: $20- $24 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all conversations and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting customer accounts and billing inquiries.
- Ensure that all customer feedback is shared with the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for helping customers.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position offering $20 per hour.
- Full benefits package available after the probationary period.
- Monday to Friday work schedule with occasional weekends as needed.
