Job Title: CSR Lead

Compensation: $28/ Hour

Location: Fresno, CA

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating team activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
