Job Title: AR Manager

Salary: $32/ Hour (DOE)

Location: Kerman, CA

Job Summary: An AR Manager will oversee daily accounts receivable operations, manage cash flow, and handle banking transactions. This role will be responsible for producing daily accounts receivable reports, processing ACH transactions, and reconciling incoming credit card payments. The ideal candidate will aid in cash forecasting and support various accounts receivable functions while analyzing the organization’s financial activities.

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Monitor and analyze daily cash positions to ensure adequate funds for commitments.
  • Administer the ACH program and manage cash-related reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely month-end processes, journal entries, and financial reconciliations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly global cash position reports.
  • Assist with intercompany settlements and transactions.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounts receivable policies.
  • May initiate wire transactions.
  • Analyze and optimize bank fees, credit card, and cash management expenses.
  • Ensure accurate banking records, legal documentation, and compliance with SOX and FBAR regulations.
  • Support corporate functions, including accounting, tax, financial planning, and internal audit.
  • Implement operational controls and best practices to enhance accounts receivable functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
