Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pay: $20-26/ Hour

Location: Clovis, Ca

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing for goods and services provided.
• Reconcile customer accounts by reviewing and verifying payments and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
• Initiate collections procedures for overdue accounts, when necessary.
• Communicate with customers regarding their accounts, respond to inquiries, and address billing/payment issues.
• Post customer payments to appropriate accounts in the accounting system.
• Generate regular reports on accounts receivable aging, outstanding balances, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing issues and improve payment processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher in accounting or finance preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
