The Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Clerk

We’re partnering with a reputable and growing company in the Central Valley that’s seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support its finance team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers and ensuring accurate financial records.

You’ll be part of a supportive team environment where your contributions will help maintain healthy cash flow and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Communicate with internal departments and external clients to resolve billing issues
• Prepare aging reports and assist with collections efforts
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in
• Accounting or related field preferred
