The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
