Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Generate financial reports and assist in data analysis
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Support senior accountants with ad-hoc projects and audits
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of accounting experience or a recent accounting degree with internship experience
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP and financial principles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
