We are seeking an experienced Payroll Admin II to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and experience handling payroll for at least 400 employees. Location: Reedley area| Compensation: $20-$24| Benefits: Exceptional Benefits| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm| Industry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll for a large employee base, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and federal regulations
  • Handle all aspects of payroll processing, including calculating and entering employee hours, reviewing and verifying employee data, and processing paychecks and direct deposits
  • Ensure all payroll deductions and taxes are calculated and processed accurately
  • Process and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, and provide timely and accurate information to employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records and ensure they are kept confidential
  • Prepare and file all required payroll and tax reports, and assist with any audits or compliance issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, with a proven track record of handling payroll for at least 400 employees
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and tax regulations, including local and federal laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex payroll issues to employees in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
