Description
The accounting clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of financial and clerical tasks in support of the accounting department. This individual will assist with maintaining accurate financial records and reports, reconciling bank statements, and processing invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Communicate effectively with other departments and vendors to resolve any accounting issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
