Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies
- Ensure that all payroll-related taxes and withholdings are calculated and paid in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute pay statements, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents to employees
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll-related information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
