We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate should have strong bookkeeping skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding financial matters

Qualifications:

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
