Description

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to provide administrative support and utilize their advanced Excel skills to assist in data analysis and management. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data, create spreadsheets, and generate reports.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.
  • Maintain records and filing systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
