We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage our accounts payable process. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues related to invoices and payments
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
  • Assist with month-end close procedures
  • Respond to vendor inquiries related to payments and invoices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
