We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant/Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team and assisting with accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and files
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing and data entry
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers and vendors
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
