We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant/Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team and assisting with accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records and files
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing and data entry
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers and vendors
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in an accounting or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
