We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our accounting department in various tasks and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile financial transactions using accounting software
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reports
- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Monitor and maintain accounting databases and systems
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field preferred

Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
