The Staff Accountant position within the Madera area. This individual will be responsible for preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, and assisting with audit preparations.

Pay Range: $95K+ | Madera | Direct Hire | Full-Time | Full Benefits Package Including Medical, Vision, Dental, Life-Insurance, PTO, & More

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial analyses and reports
• Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
• Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns
• Reports costs, productivity, margins and expenditures for companies and organizations

Additional Skillset required:

• Excellent MS Office skills, accounting software and databases
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Cost Accounting experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma (minimum)
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (plus)
