Location: Fresno, CA | Compensation Range: Up To $90K/Year | Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm | Benefits: Exceptional benefits

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and implementing HR programs and initiatives
• Overseeing employee onboarding and training
• Managing performance appraisal process
• Administering employee benefits
• Maintaining employee records and documentation
• Assisting with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues
• Participating in salary and benefits negotiations
• Assisting with employee engagement and retention efforts
• Performing other HR duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and stress management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
• Ability to manage and train staff
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
