Location: Fresno CA.
Pay: Up to $25 Hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Duites:

• Updating and maintaining records of expenditures
• Sending out payments for company
• Medium to High invoice process
• Contacts vendors, as needed
• Accuracy for payment made and entered into general ledger
• Completes payments on time
• Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Experience in a accounts payable or accounts receivable
• Accounting software
• Microsoft excel
• QuickBooks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
