About the Role

The Hiring Table Podcast is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support content production and digital operations. This role combines social media support, short‑form video creation, and general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Review pre‑edited podcast videos and pull clips for shorts/Reels/TikToks.
  • Assist with uploading episodes, writing short descriptions, and organizing media files.
  • Handle data entry, content logs, spreadsheets, and episode tracking.
  • Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as email organization, file management, and guest coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong familiarity with major social platforms.
  • Ability to spot engaging moments in long‑form video.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and efficient with clerical work.
  • Good written communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.
