Customer Service Representative

$50,000 – $55,000 Annually

Job Duties:

This position is responsible for assisting Sales Account Managers with large volume retail service accounts with the following duties:

  • Enter and process all types of customer orders accurately
  • Enter and maintain price lists
  • Check and confirm order fill and changes with customer
  • Accurately maintain customized customer process lists
  • Track deliveries by working with our customer service department and relay pertinent information
  • Aiding in completing various management performance reports
  • Cross train with other Sales Administrators and fill in for other Sales Administrators when absent assisting with Trade Shows and Marketing Material Creation through a 3rd party advertising company
  • Manage all incoming calls
  • This position will interact with outlying departments including but not limited to claims scheduling transportation pricing production quality assurance and credit. The person is responsible for building strong relationships with both internal and external customers and other administrative duties as assigned.
