$200,000 – $250,000 Annually Plus Negotiable Bonus & Profit-sharing

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance | CPA, MBA or CMA is a Plus

• Provide strategic oversight of the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software.
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
• Manage vendor relationships
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
• Manage cross functional teams including cost accounting, corporate accounting, plant accounting, and finance. Indirect oversight of IT and HR departments
• Proficient is MS Office Strong ability to use calculation skills to include discounts, commissions, percentages and interest High attention to detail Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to work cross functionally on capital investments, growth strategy, and various other projects in alignment with company imminent initiatives
