Accounts Receivable Supervisor

• Audit & extract approved invoices from Concur to Financial Force.
• Run AP/AR aging & select invoices/expense reports to pay, obtain necessary approvals (cash pacing).
• Upload approved payments to BofA (initiate payments).
• Research, reply & correct payment exceptions (ie. positive pay, ACH rejections).
• Log into websites & pay via manual ACH or AP Pcard.
• Prepare monthly AP/AR metrics/reports.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Process reclasses (GL account allocations per log).
• Own & manage high volume Apinvoice inbox to categorize and ensure timely responses to users.
• Train users on new processes and forms.
• Manage annual 1099 process.
• Customer Service-reply/resolve issues assigned in the AP inbox including payment confirmation requests.
• Implement process improvements.
• Provide constructive feedback and administer yearly staff reviews.
• AdHoc Tasks/Projects as they come up.
