Accounts Receivable Manager

Location: Fresno, CA
Compensation: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
Schedule: In-Office | Monday- Friday

Job Description

• Manages the AR reconciliation process with the customers.
• Prepare forecast on credit risks insurance cost. Analyze variances vs actual.
• Prepare the forecast and the actual provision for doubtful debts. Complete variance analysis
• Monitor and revise policies and procedures as needed to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over external financial reporting.
• Managing a list of customer portfolios which includes building relationships, following up on overdue, and posting payments and credits.
• Interpret U.S. GAAP accounting standards to determine the accounting and financial reporting treatment.
• Other ad-hoc projects as required

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
