Position Summary
We are currently seeking a seasoned and motivated HR Manager to join a great, growing healthcare company in the North Fresno area. This Direct Hire opportunity is ideal for an HR professional ready to take ownership of a wide range of HR functions and drive positive impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Design, implement, and improve onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Develop, update, and maintain HR standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations, fostering a positive and respectful work environment
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Partner with management to ensure consistent HR practices and support departmental needs
- Support and monitor workplace safety initiatives, policies, and training
- Assist in managing performance reviews and employee engagement programs
- Stay current with HR legislation and best practices to mitigate organizational risk
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including manager-level responsibilities (staff oversight not required)
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and HR policy development
- Experience creating and managing SOPs and HR documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus
