I'm representing a long-term loyal client with an extensive background in degenerative farming, food processing, and food manufacturing business sectors on the hunt for a CFO; due to success planning, retirement. What you will find refreshing is the executive team has a crave for technological improvements in the company to a budget of $5million dollars spanning across all departments; ERP, Consulting, Etc. Own corporate financial strategy and capital allocation; lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning; oversee accounting close, financial reporting, and compliance (GAAP/IFRS, SOX); manage treasury, cash flow, liquidity, and working capital; drive investor relations and board reporting; partner with CEO on M&A, due diligence, and integrations; implement financial controls, risk management, and audit; optimize tax strategy and corporate structure; lead FP&A and KPI/metrics cadence for performance management; build finance team, systems, and ERP/BI infrastructure; negotiate debt/equity financing and banking relationships; ensure regulatory and governance adherence across entities and subsidiaries.
