Accountant
Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow), ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and maintain general ledger accuracy; manage month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis; oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, vendor management, and expense reports; develop budgets and forecasts, monitor cash flow, and provide financial reporting and KPI dashboards to leadership; handle tax preparation and filings (sales/use, payroll, corporate), support audits and internal controls (SOX), and maintain accounting policies and procedures; utilize accounting software/ERP (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Excel for data analysis, VLOOKUP/pivot tables; collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, cost accounting, and compliance; ensure accurate payroll accounting, fixed asset tracking, depreciation schedules, and inventory accounting.
